Rosita, Fund raising is tough in this economy, but we have been persistent. And a few friends have come through with sizeable, generous donations. I have had friends forward our info on pdf file to selected folks on their email lists in an attempt to break out of just raising money from friends. And we are finally beginning to hear from people we don't know. So it looks to be moving forward. Yen and I are brainstorming now on the next fund raising ideas. I have been in contact with a veterans group that is involved with caring for mountain tribes people, they may be of some help also. Mr Hung is very excited at the possibility of getting the new well completed before Tet (Vietnamese New Year). That is their largest and most important holiday, it would be of great symbolic value to him to have it done for them by then. I got a Christmas card from the kids at the Leper Village thanking us for bringing water to them...yep they are very excited. scoot...I started back into pilates after a holiday lay off...very nice to get back after it.
