As states go bankrupt, health care, education etc. will start degrading quickly due to lack of funds. It's all part of the "loot the treasury" and give it away with the rich scheme the Bushies have in their heart of hearts. Beware. You too may be getting ripped off right now. Hope you have a ton of dividend-paying stocks to make up for it. Never vote for Bush again. They're thieves on the grandest scale.
