You can throw a rock between Dynavax and XOMA. If there's anything to "need" for a ricin vaccine (I'm not sold), they should get together. XOMA has a validated production protocol for the purification of ricin A chain, and Dynavax knows how to push high-titer responses. They could communicate using tin cans and a string.
