I am very much a Jewish mother, which is not far from a Chinese mother. My favorite emotion is guilt. Both Chinese families and Jewish families have Chinese food on Sundays. I never converted : By osmosis, I'm as Jewish as my husband. (her husband is jewish talk show host maury povich)

feeling guilty and eating chinese food doesn't make one jewish.
