tyke,
Russett just had a good post. I don't own NEM for instance but it's PE ratio is like a dotcom I believe.(not quite only 82<g>) I have taken a bunch of risk but bought a lot in late 2001 and 2002 when things had really gone down. Of course I bought a fair bit in 98 and 99 and if I had owned ABX I would have been much better off as I initially lost my butt. I think there is a herd instinct and mo mo in the golds that we can capitalize off of but both of us and me to a larger degree will have to figure out when to jump off the train or crash at my own peril. When you and Liz are pounding the table on ABX and NGX believe me the wheels are turning in the recesses of my mind.
Of course I still want to win that bottle of wine.
I have been thinking, and am not a student of TA, but if and when we hit $395-$400 POG and if it's in the shorter term let's say a month or so it may be a time to take major profits. Only because a big round number to me is like a milestone. Any thoughts? Liz is looking for $500.00 but the train may make a stop before then. Do you know a gypsy lady with a crystal ball?<g>
