That's a little surprising.....I would have thought (at least with PCS) the Vision handsets would have at least kept ASP's flat.

If you listen to the call, which was only 30 minutes, let me know what you think of their ASP comments. They were specifically referring to areas of sales weakness, and were talking about promotions, so I took it to be wireless.

I think BBY has become PCS's lead channel retailer now, they have the full suite of Vision devices and prominent positioning of the display.

PCS as a value investment

I use a computer-based screen on a data base of 10,000 companies.

My criteria are:

1. Short interest > than 10 day average trading volume.

2. Reported earnings for the latest quarter was a positive surprise
over the consensus estimate.

3. Current ratio is positive.

4. Institutions show a net purchase.

5. Insiders show s net purchase.

6. Beta of the stock > 1.5.

7. Price to cash flow in the latest 12 months >0.

Only 4 companies meet the above criteria. And PCS has the lowest price
to cash flow ratio.
