According to the IRS, the top 25% of taxpayers pay 86% of the total ncome taxes paid. The top 1% pay over 20% of all the income taxes paid. To be in the top 25% of taxpayers, you need an annual income of approxiamtely $53,000.00. Kerry is full of crap as usual. The "rich" benefit primarily because the pay most of the taxes....
