that's a fascinating, horrible/wonderful story. Every day we have to swallow the unpleasant truth that hundreds of obvious scams go unpunished.

Worse, the finger somehow gets pointed back at the people who short sell, based on nothing but common sense and independent research.

My questions to you are these:

How do you view securities regulators at this point? Are you just competely jaded and cynical now? Is there any point in trying to bring frauds to the attention of the authorities?

Do you think the current vendetta against shortsellers (lawsuits, complaints, propoganda) is simply manufactured by pump and dumpers, or is there more to it?
