One would think, based on the strength of those speeches, that the UN weapons inspectors would have and should have uncovered at least a hint of something? But this hasn't happened.

Demolib fuzzy thinking. Its needle in a haystack. Moreover, UNR 1441 which you apparently still have not read states that the Iraqis are in noncompliance and the Iraqis must prove they are in compliance, not the other way around....
