People who want to avoid taxes. :-) i need my waterfront...now granted its not the best waterfront Hard to beat SF Bay. but at least they don't nail you with that "view" tax like in parts of ca Well, actually, we don't have a "view" tax here. HOWEVER, if you happen to have a view, that means your property is worth more and that WILL be taxed! :-) ....sorry, ca blows..the best thing i ever did was to get the hell out of that state. Don't you miss our charming company, though? :-)
