I can find you an article - but if you recall Clinton was low in the polls and this was a diversion - but the real crime wasn't in bombing the factory but in the fact that the factory made 90% of the medicine used in Sudan - so there was no source of replacement due to the embargo. A cynical act to save a politician's skin
