Fleck is shorting DELL...14:02 ET DELL Dell Computer follow-up (28.34 +0.02) Stock experiences sudden drop between 13:40 and 13:44 ET. Talk making its way up from trading floors was that weakness due to rumor of secondary offering. However, investors familiar with co's balance sheet quickly fired back, indicating that there would be little reason for DELL to come with an offering.
