On Another thread, someone from Virgina was saying that the car lots were getting full of late model Turbo Porches, with big mark-downs.... Here in Silicon Valley, the used car market, especially the luxury end when it's more than 4 years old, is getting soft. If gasoline prices spike up, say to $2.50 a gallon, I'll be looking to pick up a land yatch cheap, use it for a few years, and sell it for a little more than I paid for it.
