Sig: I am no short. But I too would like to see Dell st 24. I would like to buy a few more Dell shares... hahaha!!!!
Kidding aside, I haven't seen any changes in Dell's corporate governance. Until then it is a long way to 35.

Guess who just guided higher? Lexmark! Don't they also partner with DELL?

LXK Lexmark raises Q4 guidance, Q1 forecast below consensus (66.26 +1.34)
Announces that it expects Q4 EPS of $0.85-$0.87 (excluding a $0.03 benefit) and revs to grow 5-6%, vs their Oct guidance of $0.70-$0.80 and rev growth in the low- to mid-single digits. Co expects Q1 EPS of $0.62-$0.72, lower than the Multex consensus of $0.73.
