You don't know jack about the timber industry except what your environmental wacko friends spoon feed you.

While here did you happen to notice all of the Poplar farms?

What do you think they are for?

How'd ya like our wonderful clean air and water???

Did you know that the purest water on earth is on the Olympic Peninsula?

Nah!!!!! Your wacko friends don't want you to know that.

No one needs wooden homes anymore.

You're hysterical. You presume to speak for everyone. Do you realize how ridiculous you sound?

No one needs wooden homes anymore.

Just what are they building homes out of these days?. Most of them, that is? What would people choose if you give them a choice?

American Spirit,

re:I was shocked the last time I was in Washington State and witnessed the hillside after hillside clear-cut. Permanently. They wont grow back. At least not the way they were, wild and free. If you really need trees to cut use tree farms.

That was a tree farm and yes they do grow back just fine to be cut again. It really enhances the deer populations though.

What freeway were you viewing the farm from?
