My only problem with a big gap up is it could start to negate some of the head and shoulders positions out there.

Well, I agree with jj's 1104 NDX as a gap up and 30-60-minute run possibility, as that is a .618 fib of the move up last week.

It will be important to watch some of the double tops formed at the Dec. highs. If some of those break out (or even make triple tops), it could signal a stronger advance coming up down the road.
