12:46 pm PT Interwoven higher on take out talk (IWOV) 3.25 +0.36: Shares have spiked on strong volume, taking out their 200-day simple moving avg in the process. IBM has been picking up little names of late and some traders think this may have legs; also hearing that ORCL may be looking at the company. We have no confirmation.
