If the cuts that are the supposed consequences of rejecting the tax cut are politically possible then a lot of other possible cuts are as well. It would hard to imagine a group of cuts that would draw more political fire then a list that starts with -

"major cuts in school funding, closing 8 prisons and releasing 4,300 prisoners, eliminating treatment for cancer, mental health, and other health services for nearly a half million Oregonians"
