Look, bud, cough up or Luigi will be around and shoot off your kneecaps. The Ohio argument is pissy. So show me the article in the constitution that says a retroactive admission motion by Congress is the same as an ex post facto law and therefore illegal. The thing speaks for itself- -you can translate that into legalese, I can't remember the weirdo words you guys use for that. Ohio was treated as a state all during the time it supposedly wasn't. If it wasn't a state, maybe we owe Ohioans reparations for abusing them. :-)
