Yes if you contribute money to the "Church of Cosmic Force" and someone else contributes money to some Christian Church or any of many other churches, then your tax burden is higher. That does not however mean that the church is recieving a subsidy or is being established in the constitutional sense of the word. If you want to argue that it is unfair or otherwise a bad idea you might have a good starting point but "unconstitutional" is a much higher burden.
