Here you have a better case then in your last post but not taxing religions is not providing aid to them. If religions are not going to be taxed you have to determine what is a religion and what is nor or everything will become a religion. If the determination goes beyond this to active discrimination against some religious sects then the IRS would be violating the constitution but not by not taxing religions but rather by taxing some and not taxing others.
