As of this writing, that's unproven.

it is certainly unproven publicly, but do totally discount the possibility that the U.S. Gov't may have the proof and that is why they are willing to defy the world opinion to confront the Iraqi gov't?

if you knew for instance that he was about to carry out an attack similar to the one on the WTC, or worse, would you suggest that we just smile and take it?
