But what good is that if you don't have the means of delivery? I am not overly concerned with conventional delivery methods. Rumsfield was in Baghadad at the very time he was gassing Iran. Why was it cool then? First, you asked when was the last time he used WMD and against whom. I answered your question. Second, If Rumsfield was in the country when their own people, the Kurds, were being gassed, it doesn't mean that he knew about it. And if he knew about it, I doubt he thought it was cool, and even if he did think it was cool, it certainly doesn't mean that I thought it was cool or that you should be so dismissive of it. Hell, you are the one who asked the question.
