So your saying that the Soviets, and Pan Arab Nationalist - like President Nasser had nothing to do with whipping up hatred for Americans among Arabs? I don't think so.

During the Eisenhower Administration, the United States stood neutral in the Arab/Israeli conflict. The United States, even pressured France, Britian and Israel to give the Suez Canal back to Egypt (after the three countries took the canal by military force). If you look at foreign aid, the United States gave no more to Israel than Arab Countries (even including military aid). The United States even sent military troops into Lebanon and sucessfully stopped the fighting between (I think) Christians and Moslems, during the Eisenhower Administration. If there was hatred for America, it was because of agitation whipped up by proxies of the Soviet Union, and Arab Nationalists trying to create a unified Arab State, similar to Hitler's dream of a "Greater German State" (where all German speaking people or ethnic germans lived in the same unified country).
