Ted Re..He finds for the defendent who's a cross burner and you question where his head is at. By your standards, no one is ever a racist. Is it the dems. theory then that once you are classified by someone as a cross burner, then you lose all rights to a fair and impartial trial. Isn't this the modern version of a hight tech lynching. Do all members of the GOP not read the article provided in a link? Read the article and you may understand the issue better. The dems are playing with fire here. A lot of people dislike quotas, and many quotas have been outlawed. For the dems to revive the quota nightmare, embraced such as the MIchigan case, while it may keep the black vote in line, will alienate most other segments. The Dems are definitely not playing with fire nor are quotas involved. ted
