Well last year was quite grim to be honest so an improvement is still not real good. But I am seeing HTCH for instance going back into the build and expand mode after capping off a building and leaving it unfinished when they stopped construction 3 years ago. MMM is another that is cutting loose with a little maintenance and expansion money. So while it's better then last year it's still a long way from good.

Just trying to inject some cheer into this rather grim looking morning:) Of course since I am clown short what I really want to say is "Die you bloated pig CSer!!!!!" but that would seem like gloating I think:)

The problem I see here is that although I think we should sell hard all day long it is often the case that this big of a dip will get bought. What to do, what to do.
