Many analysts, investors, and accountants think ORCL is one of the more transparent companies.

Relative to other tech companies, I have to agree that Oracle is generally more transparent on many accounting issues, but the accounting transparency of many companies is absolutely horrible imo. To its credit, Oracle at least regularly highlights GAAP earnings at time when many companies are highlighting pro forma earnings that stretch credulity.
