The most immediate effect of the Bush tax proposal has ALREADY occurred: Limelighting the FACT that the Democrats desperately WANT recession, hoping to blame it on Bush. No wonder Puff Daschle was almost in tears, and got scared out of the presidential race. The people fooled the Democrats when they absent-mindedly allowed the Clinton Nazis to occupy the White House in '92 and '96.
