yup, happening right now. The are really doing the full court press on this. It does really seem like an act of desperation that they are trying to fix the economy through making the stock market go up. It seems like an even greater act of desperation that they are worried about the momentary sentiment on a proposal that should take many months to have any material effect on the economy. The answer to the economy's problems does not lie in a panic buying in the stock market.
