CIPH has been on a tear of late. Since the pachydermal vortex on the 10th, CIPH has risen almost 35%, with a biomarker deal a few days ago from Pfizer. One has to assume that the litigation with Lumicyte is going well. I haven't heard anything, but it is a public event, after all.
