Deutsche Bank has been making noise yesterday and today that they see demand for CSCO products rising.

It appears that this go around that the LARGE CAP
techs. are leading the charge as opposed to the
small cap techs. Example, CSCO and ORCL. If you're well
funded (plenty of cash) and tech, you will see some
rather decent growth in price. Both CSCO and ORCL
have been beaten down so badly (due to lesser earnings),
that most of the analysts downgraded them, even though
they were still making money. I don't believe analysts,
but instead, will use their observations as a start off
point for my own research. BTW, check out my message
# 62605 and start from there. Also check the charts
of every tech stock from around the 1st 2 weeks of Oct.
2002. See any similarity? I am, a little puzzled by
JDSU - there is one bunch of activity going upward,
though most rating analysts don't like it. Hmmmm.
I do own ORCL, CSCO, and JDSU.
Take Care and best wishes!
