yes, agreed on that developing sequence
last week I said something similar to that
wont attempt to dig that post up, no need
but I expect the EURO will (and has been) be the initial alternative to the US$
imho the Arabs have already turned to the EURO while shunning new US$ investments (mostly Trez)
so the EURO is the alternative for now

but as the European Union is seen as a fertile deflation playground, then the EURO will come down
I expect that will coincide with a brief attempt to see a counter-trend upmove with the US$, but it wont work

THEN GOLD GOES BALLISTIC, making a $100 move in a few months
the Arabs specifically and Islamics generally will ensure this two-stage transition away from the USDollar
their redirected petro-dollars will have a marked effect

so many folks regard currencies as responsive to economic conditions
well, they are certainly
the same folks cling to only one of several critical forces
currencies also respond to trade gaps (negative flow), to federal deficits (new supply), along with the standard economy (demand)

I get so tired of flimsy arguments about the dollar being the best prospect, still the only viable, home of the biggest economy, standard bearer to greatest innovation, blablabla
it comes down to capital flows, and supply & demand balance
the dollar is perhaps fatally doomed on all three counts

GOLD will always be the ultimate currency, even though a decade or more might pass while it is relegated to bullion ballast for clippers on the high seas and for floating NYCity banks

the coming Currency Devaluation Raceway is what I eagerly await
it will be magnificent, as each continent kills its currency in a grand round robin contest, while passively encouraging gold to rise in each round, on the opposite side of the financial teeter tawter

the gold rise from such universal debasement will be the ultimate veto of the fiat currency and debt-based Keynesian Sham Standard policy
but liberals and monetarists alike will not see it that way
even after it slams them in the face
they wont be capable of admitting 50 yrs of devastating errors
several years from now, they will again win a victory over GOLD
but not before an effing volcano grabs the world's attention in this hallmark decade

glad to see you
have missed your ass and heady thoughts
I engaged a liberal loonigan on the main GoldJack thread this week
then finally put him on IGNORE
my posts are drawn over there usually to reply to ScottStockFace's outstanding newshound efforts
somehow I felt compelled to engage in a political debate
I wanted to hear the mainline from the loser liberals
their arguments and planks are as thin as 1/4" plywood
in a conscious effort, I will spend time here more
just keep the ball rolling, guys
I will if you will, and thanks to Uncle Soros

some nasty bronchial & nasal crud going around the country
several good friends are stuck with it, from Ohio to Pitt to Boston
I tried to get it, by sticking my tongue down this girl's throat last week, but my constitution must be far too strong and sturdy
all I felt was a little larynx tickle for 18 hours
must be all the cardio vascular workouts, rugged lungs

well worth the tongue wrestling, I must say, I must say!!!
she had a sore throat, but an intact deeper throat
the risk was worth it
a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do
