The problem with the decision is it gives the Administration, not the court, the power to designate who is an enemy combatant.

The Court retains the power to review these designations...it stated it will give more deferecne to the Admnistration designation because of the circumstances and respect for the greater ability of the Administration to make such determinations.....as usual, you pinheads overstate the case....
