If you throw out religion (because we are not a theocracy, and we do not mix religion and the state) why should we be in the business of regulating who gets married to whom? You were talking about marriage and made a blanket statement. There are very good reasons, public healthwise, for regulating who gets married to whom.....You equated my comment to "eugenics" which is a racist and discredited theory with no application to my comment relating to public health issues in either type of marriage, heterosexual or homosexual. You were trying to score some cheap points.....as you usually do.... I correct my earlier statement. Make that silly and unecessary.... JLA
