Hi ZZ,
I'm not sure I understood what you wrote.
You only need $15,000 to open the account. Then you can use the $15,000 or any part of it to trade any of the funds.You can buy more than one fund as long there is enough cash.Your minimum trade is amount is $500.I think you could have a UOPIX and a USPIX open at the same time.

You don't need $15,000 for each fund unless that's the amount of the buy you make.
