Homosexuals in all-boys programs are not good ideas. The irony though is that these are the men who actually WANT to hang out with boys all weekend on camping trips. And some of them never touch the boys. SOME of them.

The Scouts should be able to discriminate on the basis of homosexuality even if they get public funds or use public resources. They should be able to discriminate here because homosexuality is NOT humanity's biological identity. Heterosexuality certainly is.
