If you want to argue 200 year old law, do that for the churches, too.

You want to argue contemporary law, do that for spousal abouse, too.

There is no state in the union in which spousal abuse is not breaking the law.

it was a fine example of internal and external. Don't think we didn't notice that you tried to duck out of it by changing he subject. Pretty sleezy argumentation technique, especially when so sloppily done.
