Hello JWRPhD, <<On a more serious note, do you have a US$ target for the POG at which point you would be selling gold bullion or equities??>>

My attitude towards gold, the one money that rules over all cash, is neatly encapsulated in this sub-archive :0)

achamchen.com

For the short term (1 year) I figure I will keep trading my paper gold (about 5-6% of NAV) and hold on to my physical (6% of NAV), and hold/accumulate shares by and by.

I am supposed to organize a party to end all parties when gold hits USD 1000, and after that, stop answering e-mails and rid myself of cellular phone:0)

I feel that if gold does not reach USD 1000 within 24 months, it will not breach that price for a long long time, and if it does breach USD 1k within 24 months, we have a shot at da mooon.

Chugs, Jay
