I don't know what Earlie thinks about the risk from terrorists or right-wing armed soldiers.

I talked to earlie about this at length. I hope I summarize this well. maybe when he shows up he can correct anything I say. he thinks the political situation there is improving dramatically with help from the US and that the government is going to go way out of its way to ensure no problems there.
