Of course. I can't imagine that, when all is said and done, I'd be stuck with a ticket for wearing glasses to drive. It's a good illustration, though, of how the government can screw up a very simple matter of health, responsibility, and individual variation and choice. If they can't get that right, there's no hope for efficiently regulating procreation.
