D, One item I failed to mention was if you go back the last 4 quarters they have always under promised and over performed. That would imply they are pretty conservative with their estimates and likely to beat them in the future. In this market that is a plus since it is unlikely they will come in under what they have promised. I just don't like their business they are in as it seems like the risk of loan default is pretty high. Maybe someone with more banking experience has a better feel for it. Joe
