Seems to me that we either boot them or we give them licenses and everything else that comes with legitimacy. What we're doing now is half assed and nuts. I agree totally. Personally, I think we need to boot them. Problem is, they don't stay booted. So maybe we need to set up an island somewhere, maybe Canada will lend us one of their northern ones, where we can deport them to and patrol the waters around it to make sure they don't escape. Making them legal is an insult to all the people who went through all the work of becoming legal. Plus, it will encourge a wave of new illegals who will hope we'll get soft and let them stay, too. Nuts is a good term for it.
