Lots of bulls celebrated and partied here for a couple of years until things were seriously out of whack. Do you think that the markets are really oversold from a LT, secular perspective? I do not. If you want to judge where the complacency is, I would look at VIX or VXN. They would scare me out of any long-term bullish positions. Not to say that you should not party for now, but I would be prepared to return to the bear cave as soon as the smoke starts to clear.

Good for you, SR. I would repeat my previous comment regarding this (and every other) bear market rally even as I enthusiastically take advantage of it. The existence of so many bears and sideliners at this time continues to bode well for a short-term continuation of the upswing...those who fight the tape usually end up contributing to the direction of the tape. Looks like another nice day brewing in premarket. All imo--MK--
