Marek, I suspect that you aren't making a joke of some kind. I hardly know what to say in response other than the old saw, "See you in court". I don't think Uncle Al will be appearing in court charged with the offences you list, which suggests you have got a unique perspective on the USA legal system. Maybe it's a broad conspiracy by the law enforcement authorities not to prosecute him and you should demand all the USA government prosecute itself for crimes against humanity.

More interestingly from your point of view, an Australian court has determined that some cyberspace libel may be prosecuted in an Australian court. That's a scary proposition for people making defamatory comments like yours. It also raises all sorts of international legal issues.

In the USA, I think you are allowed to say anything you like about politicians and certain public figures [though Tom Cruise pursuing defamation actions successfully shows that's not universally the case]. That's not the case in other countries.

Since Uncle Al, our Great and Glorious, Global God, has got a reputation to defend in NZ, Oz and everywhere, and your comments are published everywhere, maybe he could decide to sue you for defamation in NZ for falsely convincing people that your untrue comments are true.

Just a thought.
