ok. don't know Scott, but from that info he clearly knows what he's talking about. I know who Taylor is but don't know him personally; mainstream older wonk type. Campbell and Cha are serious Asia security experts (both fairly recent FA authors, btw). Cha leans sensible hawkish and Campbell leans sensible centrist Democrat, for those keeping score at home. So--bottom line, yes, this is a group worthy of respect.
