The afterdeath workings of karma are a matter of speculation, but the most authoritative sources I have encountered suggest that it is completely PERSONAL to the beings in question.

Thus, if you were one of the torture-inflicting "rebels"
you could look forward to:

-- a heightened experience in which the roles were reversed
-- a following life in which the "lessons" of the afterdeath experience would have to be learned for real

So if you have been working recently in the former Congo
(in this capacity), you would have something to worry about!
Otherwise, your agenda is going to be about what you have to digest and learn.

If you are a devotee of a Guru, (as I am in the case of Adi Da) you are not exempt from this process at all, and in fact your ongoing life is VERY MUCH involved in this process.

Not privileged, just accelerated! But with profound HELP!

Namaste!

Jim

Re "life after death"

You might be better off asking that question to someone who actually believes in life after death.
