No wonder swarms are moving here, buying up absurdly cheap properties for their children to come and learn English or to enjoy some wider open spaces and make their money go further. Parts of Auckland retail areas now have large proportions of kanji instead of English on the signs. There are Chinese speaking staff everywhere. I don't think it'll take 20 years to match the USA. Singapore went from a slum to very superior in about thirty years. China is already 15 years into the process and the first part is the hard part. After that, it's unstoppable until it reaches some limits or a cultural shift to fat, dumb, lazy and happy occurs. 100 years ago, my grandfather was colonizing China. A century later, they are colonizing me. Except that I'm giving them a reverse whammo ju jitsu flip which they aren't expecting and my CDMA is permeating their bodies and brains as you read this. They will not be able to resist. They will move here and cater to my every whim, desire, wish and need. The useless Kiwi layabout troppo types are not up to standard. Mqurice
