AS.... Your argument here is just the opposite of what you were arguing a short while earlier --- that energy prices "Plunged" after Bush-Cheney came in.... I've been trying to make sense of your "line of defense" for the governor, but sorry, it mostly doesn't seem in accord with the facts. My days as an economist were a while back, but the case in California as regards the energy crisis seems to be simply that the state refused to let market forces work. If somebody wants to blame that on Gray Davis --- well, he certainly deserves SOME. He was in charge. Most of your arguments, Sir, seem to sound like you have confused politics with religion.
