GW will be lucky to win in 2004. Lucky plus having to create a politically-timed war or something. Or get "lucky" and have Bin Lauden strike again. His economy, domestic issues and foreign affairs blunders are so lame not even the most patriotic types will have faith in him by then, especially if he's running against a true war hero like John Kerry.
