re: CFO & Director ties to Goldmann Sachs In one of my recent notes I mentioned my belief of the importance of a shrewd and seasoned CFO to scrutinize the upcoming arrangements wrt. to business combinations. Well after I read the bio of Mr. Clevenger I have no doubts anymore. What I was looking for was experience in investment banking. Well Mr. Clevenger was with Goldmann Sachs before. And another Director, Mr. Robert M. Pomeroy, too. Why do I think this is important ? A rookie CFO could probably not spot dangerous traps like floorless debt instrument clauses etc. With Messrs. Clevenger and Pomeroy I am pretty sure that those areas are very well covered.. rgrds CROSSY
